probably noticed like through a lot of my branding, the word vision. Pops up a lot, right? It's in my name, Klee the Visionary, Build Your Vision, the Build Your Vision podcast, Visionpreneur School, which we're in now. So clearly vision is something that is very important to me. But anybody that is within my metron, my sphere of influence, knows that I actually probably talk about one more thing more than vision out of all the things I talk about. I talk about vision a lot, but I talk about one other thing even more than that. And that is clarity. And why do I talk about clarity so much? It is because I realized by talking to so many people that there is no shortage. Vision in the world. People have it. Now, I always make a, a distinction between dreamers and visionaries.'cause there is a difference. The main difference is that visionaries take action on their dreams, but there's even a bigger gap in difference and that is between successful visionaries. And unsuccessful visionaries. Yes, you can be an unsuccessful visionary. People who have great ideas that have executed them, that have tried to make change and have failed and fallen short. And there's a whole bunch of people who have also cracked the code to making dramatic transformational changes in their world. What is the difference? The main difference. is actually not how clearly they see their vision. The main difference that gets these different results for these different visionaries. Is that the thing that they see most clearly is not the vision itself. It's the things that make the vision possible that they see the most clearly. That is the biggest difference, right? Because you can be able to see clearly, right? You could, or you could be able to see, you could be able to not be blind. I'll just put it like that. You can be able to have visual capabilities. And still not be able to see right like I don't know if my mom's on here, but my mom's not blind, right? But I guarantee you bruh. She can't see He can't see without her glasses, right? And what do we do? We go to um, Optometrist an eye doctor to if we cannot see properly we go to our eye doctor to get glasses Right, but oftentimes When we have our mental sight, we do not go to a doctor to get clearer vision, right? you think, if I could see my vision clearly, if I could see the future that I want to have clearly, then I have 20 20 vision, or I have 20 15 vision, which is better than 20 20 vision. But that's not true. It's the things that can make the vision possible that are often the most blurry. And that is the difference between successful and unsuccessful visionaries. Now, what are the things that make the vision possible? Right? If you want to know that, put, tell me in the chat. Right? I'm about to unlock something to you that literally changed everything for me. The difference or the thing that makes a vision possible. Two things. The first one is. Understanding history, having a clear vision of his story. Why is understanding history important? It's because when you understand his story, you understand people. If you look at what has happened in the past, you get a better understanding of people. What makes any vision possible? People, this is one of the most underutilized or under emphasized things I have seen when it comes to amplifying your voice. You feel like you have to do it on your own. You have to figure out the right thing to put it on, the right social media posts or the right YouTube channel, the right podcast. The key to making your vision possible is relationships. With people, it is the most, other than God himself, the most important thing for successful visionaries. You cannot do it alone. The second reason why understanding and clearly seeing his story is important is because it helps you understand God. Notice I keep saying his story, right? I hope you're picking up what I'm putting down there, but it's his story. Like, literally, if you go back... And look at this history of God's people and who God is, you understand God better. Today. Why? Because God does not change. And the crazy thing is, we think people change. People don't change either. It's the same flavor, it's the same water, with a different flavor. Like, that, that's all it is. I think Solomon says it in Ecclesiastes, there is, I saw something once again under the sun, right? There's nothing new under the sun. If you understand God, you know, and I say understand God, I mean understand who He says He is. Not necessarily understanding his motives and things like that because we're human. We're not going to know everything But if you understand who God is and you understand people y'all you will be Literally like it will be like you have superpowers. Honestly, think of think think about the most powerful companies in the world Think of Amazon. They know what you want to buy what you potentially gonna buy next They know where you live, what you watch, Alexa, they know a lot about people, same thing with Apple, same thing with Facebook, all the, like the data is rich in understanding people. It is so important and they can predict how to make more money in the future based on having a clear understanding of people in the past history. If that's making sense, put that makes, makes sense in the chat. Hopefully, you know, I'm not rambling on and you're like, what is he talking about? I hope that's making sense to you. The second thing that is super duper important for making the vision possible, right? These are the things that we need to be more clear about, not the vision itself. I know that you have a vision. What's making the vision possible is identity. History and identity. Now, why is identity important when it comes to making your vision possible? Identity is important because you are useless until you know who you are. You are useless. Until you know who you are, right? Use less. I didn't say you're useless, right? Because clearly you're useful. Everyone here has made a contribution to society. God has used you to a degree already. You have already helped a ton of people. You have already made change in your workplace. You have already impacted the lives of a bunch, but you want to do more and you are going to be, I, I, I guarantee you this, you're going to be used less. Until you know who you are, right? Your identity. Why? Because God can't trust someone who cannot trust themselves. This was a dagger to me, for real. I'm speaking clearly out of like, everyone that's in Vision Preneur School that has our, that's on our vision support calls, you know, I am a practitioner. I'm reporting. All I'm, I'm not even speaking from an expert standpoint. I'm speaking from a reporter's standpoint of what I am realizing as I'm executing these things. God cannot trust someone who cannot trust themselves. And some of us are walking around with such, with such low confidence because we cannot even confide, right, confidence, confide in ourselves because every day we wake up and live a lie. We tell ourselves a lie every single day. Some of those... Are not your fault. In fact, a lot of them are not your fault because some lies were handed to you. Right? Right. Your family handed you some lies. Your environment handed you some lies. Your upbringing handed you some lies. Your school handed you some lies. Right? Then there were some lies that you picked up. Right? Uh, they were learned or acquired lies. Uh, things that you've Find on the internet or read in a book or someone shared with you that was in a position of authority or something like that where you picked that up later, right, but you didn't internalize it and apply it to yourself. Then there are some lines that you just made up. You just made them joints up, but you made them up for a good reason. You made them up to protect yourself. You made them up so that you can navigate through life without being. Soft and vulnerable or, you know, open to naivete or things like that. You had to make up these lies to survive. These things that are just simply not true when you actually get to know who God says you are. Right? These lies. And we wake up and we tell ourselves these things every single day. And when we fulfill those lies, because we've been telling them so much, we can't even trust ourselves. Because we can't even keep our own... Word, right? You say that you're going to do the thing and you, you said this is going to the 2023 was going to be the year, right? And it still has not happened, right? Your confidence is low and you shift lower and lower into this identity. That is not your identity. Uh, Myron Golden, uh, calls this, um, your lie identity, right? It becomes your lie identity and that's your identity. These two things, successful visionaries, They understand history in the past and they understand people because of it and they know who they are and what they are called to do and who they are called to serve. Understanding clearly his story of the past determines your identity in the present, which influences your impact in the future. Now this is not the main point. but I want to lay this foundation for us so that we go into amplifying our voice with the right foundation, because if you are building outside of this, outside of understanding who God says he is, outside of understanding how important people and relationships are to you building your vision, without understanding who you are, whose you are, who you're called to serve, you will not be able to accurately amplify your voice. In fact, you might amplify your voice and get the results that you do not desire So that is why I'm going through this process right now. there's a quote that I want to share with you because all the things I just share with you about, you know, the lies that are happening internally and the, in the limiting beliefs and knowing your history and knowing your identity comes from when I read this quote, it comes from a book called living fearlessly live or no living fearless. That's what it's called. It's called living fearless is by Jamie Winship. And this quote. This quote shook me to my core and, um, I want to share this quote with you right now. It says, The enemy has a strategy against you. His number one strategy is to blind you to the truth of your name, identity, and destiny. That strategy is for you to live a mediocre life and die in false belief, having never known who you are or what you were created to be. That is his number one strategy. I'm going to read that one more time so it can marinate a little bit. The enemy, Satan, has a strategy against you. His number one strategy is to blind you. Clarity, vision, right? To blind you to the truth of your name, identity and destiny. That strategy is for you to live a mediocre life. Not a bad life. Not a below average life. Not a lesser life. A mediocre life. A good life. Bye. I'm doing alright life, a I'm just grateful life, a another day in the living life, all the things that we say, right, all these little things. Well, you know, God is good all the time like that life and die in false belief. What does that mean? In false belief, believing that that mediocre life is adequate. Is all you can get because you did not get a good hand, right? I this is it. This is cool. I'm okay. I'm content with this I'm i'm i'm good because I could have less which is true That's a good perspective to have but that doesn't mean it's the truth dying false and disbelief having never known who you are what you were created to be that is His number one strategy the whole point of today's Talk is to emphasize that the enemy has a strategy. And when it comes to amplifying your voice, do you have a strategy to counteract his, this, we are not playing a fair, like we know that they are principalities. Spirits in dark places that are combat. You you've tried to amplify your voice before you've tried to create the show. You've tried to tell people you try to go out into the marketplace. You try to go to the networking event. It's not like you haven't done. You haven't, it's not like you've been sitting on your, I know you're not lazy. There is stuff internally, spiritually, combating you trying to get this message out because he doesn't want it to get out. Because he knows if you impact your world, if you change your world, it's going to change the world, that world, the kingdom of heaven and the kingdom of darkness would do absolutely anything to keep you silent. What is the main thing he does to keep you silent? Keep you confused. Lack of clarity. That's why I talk about clarity so much. That's why clarity is the crux to vision that people are not talking about. That's why I talk the way I talk about what I talk about because it's not being talked about. This is the thing. He wants to keep you silent by keeping you confused. He has a strategy. But we have to have a strategy as well when it comes to amplifying our voice. And I love y'all. I love God. I love Well, I love aspects of religion, but I'm gonna keep it a buck with you. Church ain't a strategy. Church is not a strategy. Y'all might be mad at me at this. Prayer is not a strategy. Prayer is a tactic. Look up the definition of tactic before you say anything. Before you, before you come for me, come correct. Look at the, look at the definition of tactic. Prayer is a tactic, not a strategy. Affirmations. Is not a strategy. So what is the strategy? That's what I came here to share with you guys tonight. What is the strategy, Cleave? If you want to know what the strategy is, put me in the chat. I'm about to break it down. I'm about to break down what the strategy is. Alright. Y'all going to think we in church or something. Because I'm going to need you to open up your Bible. You thought I had the strategy? Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha. I, look, I am a reporter. I told you, I am not, I'm not the expert. I am reporting. Let's go to the Word. Let's see what the strategy is. Let's see what the strategy is. Turn in your Bible to Matthew, the third chapter. And we are going to start at verse, at verse 13. Uh, the third chapter of Matthew, and we're going to do some, some good scriptural reading here. We're going to get into the nitty gritty of this because Jesus got the goods. Starting with verse 13, I'll be reading this in the New Living Translation. It says, Then Jesus went from Galilee to the Jordan River to be baptized by John. But John tried to talk him out of it. I'm the one who needs to be baptized by you, he said. So why are you coming to me? But Jesus said it should be done, for we must carry out all that God requires. So John agreed and baptized him. After his baptism, as Jesus came up out of the water. The heavens were opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and setting on him. And a voice from heaven said, This is my dearly loved son who brings me great joy. Right? Some, some other translations say in whom I'm well pleased. It's my son in whom I'm well pleased. Go on to chapter four. Oh, look at this transition. Then Jesus was led by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil. He was just anointed. What's going on here? For 40 days and 40 nights, he fasted and became very hungry. During that time, the devil came to him and said, if you are the son of God, if your identity is who he says it is, tell these stones to become loaves of bread. But Jesus told him no. The scriptures say, people do not live on bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God. Then the devil took him to the holy city, Jerusalem, to the highest point of the temple. And he said, if you are truly the son of God, jump off for the scriptures say he will order his angels to protect you. And then, and they will hold you up with their hands. So you won't even hurt your foot on a stone. And Jesus responded, the scriptures also say. You must not test the Lord your God. Next, the devil took him to the peak of the very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world in their glory. I will give it all to you, he said, if you kneel down and worship me. Get out of here, Satan. Some translations say, get behind me, Satan, Jesus told him. For the scriptures say, you must worship the Lord your God and serve only the Lord. Him the devil went away and the angels came and took care of Jesus We're gonna keep going now when Jesus heard that John had been arrested. He left Judea and returned to Galilee Galilee he went first to Nazareth and then left and moved to Capernaum beside the Sea of Galilee in the region of Zebulun and Naphtali This fulfilled what God said through the prophet Isaiah There's a little bit there, but I'm not even going to touch on that tonight. We're going to skip down to verse 18. One day, Jesus was walking along the shore of the Sea of Galilee. He saw two brothers, Simon, also called Peter, and Andrew, throwing a net into the water, for they fished for a living. Jesus called out to them, Come follow me, and I will show you how to fish for people. Some versions say, I will make you fishers of men. And they left their nets at once and followed him. A little farther up on the shore, he saw two other brothers, James and John, sitting in a boat with their father, Zebedee, repairing their nets. And he called to them two to come, uh, them to come too. They immediately followed him, leaving their boat. and their father behind. Jesus traveled throughout the region of Galilee teaching in the synagogues and announcing the good news about the kingdom, amplifying his voice. He healed every kind of disease and illness. News about him spread as far as Syria and people soon became, uh, began bringing to him all who were sick and whatever their sickness or disease. Or if they were demon possessed, epileptic, or paralyzed, he healed them all. Large crowds followed him wherever he went. people from Galilee to the Ten Towns, some versions call it Decapolis, Jerusalem, and all over Judea and from the east of the Jordan River. My, my, my, that was a lot. There's a whole strategy in here, y'all. Bye. There is a whole strategy in here. First of all, let's start at the beginning. Let's start at the very beginning. Um, Verse 3. I'm sorry, Chapter 3. He came to John. And said, I need to be baptized. Why do you need, uh, Jesus was there in the beginning, right? In the beginning was the word and the word was God and the word was with God. He was already like, he did not need to be baptized by a human. He was going to be sitting on the right throne of God. Why did he do that? Well, he said it, it should be done for we must carry out all God requires. He knew in order to do what God had put him on earth to do, he had to first show that he was submitted to the father, right? Now this is an analogy. This is, this is metaphorical, but he was clear on what was required of him to do what he came to do. People ask you, well why, why are you moving to this state? Why are you moving to this city? Why, why don't you go out to brunch anymore? Why don't you blah, blah, blah. Why are you always in church on Sunday? Why are you always in church on Wednesday night? Because I know what is required of me to do what God has called me to do, right? And then he gets anointed, right? Have you ever had someone speak prophetically into your life or something happened where you're like, OMG. I, I know that this is what I am called to do. This is the space that God has anointed me. This is the world he has called me to change. And as soon as you make that commitment, boom, in the next chapter, you're in the wilderness being tempted by the devil, questioning your identity. Trying to make you disbelieve the truth that was just made evident to you. And he starts using things that are facts. What he said was in the, it was in the scriptures. He wasn't making that up. That's real stuff. The situations, the scenarios, the circumstances, the, the, the, the things, the demands that are made on you in your life, the obstacles that you have to overcome, the environments that you have to push through are real. They're not something that you're making up in your mind. This is real life. But he goes back. He goes back to history because the crazy thing is about this, right? So lots of these scriptures that Satan is quoting Psalms, right? The Psalms of David. Jesus goes back. He said, you know, I'm going all the way back to the Torah, bruh. I'm quoting Deuteronomy. Cause what you're saying is gonna, this can't mean that if this mean this, and this was said before that. So which is it? He was able to identify the falsities of the facts because he knew the history of the truth. This thing is crazy y'all. So then it goes on, right? And the, and the devil leaves him alone because he was secure in his history and his identity. And the next thing he does, he goes and finds some people. He's like, all right. Here's what I got to do. I actually skipped the part where he started spreading his message. Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is near. Right? He knew his message. He was clear on that as well. As soon as he had that message, he was like, alright, I need to find some people. Cause I can't do this. This is the son of God, y'all. He said, I can't do this by myself. I'm gonna have to build some relationships. In order to make this happen. So he goes and finds Simon. He goes and finds Andrew. He goes and finds James. He goes and finds John. And we know he goes on to find a few more people, uh, that are close to him. There's a lot of people that were actually rolling with him. He had a way more than 12 disciples, but he had 12 core disciples. And he has people to help him accomplish this vision. And when he goes to these people, he doesn't say, Hey, uh, right. He makes them an offer. He says. Come with me and I will make you fishers of people. I'll make you fishers of men. And they're like, I don't know what that means, but that sounds nice. We're going to follow this guy. I ain't heard nobody talk like that before. He made an offer that solved something that they were trying to accomplish in a way that they had never seen before. One of the greatest offers 28, where Jesus says, come to me, all you are heavy laden and I will give you rest. Right. My yoke is eating is my burden is light. They're like, man, I want some rest. I never heard an offer like this. I'm gonna rock with this guy, right? So what were the things that were core to the strategy? We're having we're developing a strategy to counter what the devil's Strategy is for us as we try to opt as we try to amplify our voice because there is going to be resistance There's going to be resistance first thing you need a clarity system. You need to know who you are, whose you are, and who you are called to serve. If you are not clear on these three things, you will not be able to amplify your voice to the degree that is necessary for you to reach all the people that you're supposed to reach. Who you are, whose you are, and who you're called to serve. And this is a system. That is replicable, that you can follow. I'm going to be getting deeper into this. We talk about these systems, some people have already been through Vision Preneur School. And know about some of these clarity systems that we talk about. But if this is your first time coming into Vision Preneur School, you gotta have a clarity system. Number two, a people system. Jesus had a people system. He surrounded himself strategically. He went to places strategically. He was in the streets sometimes. He was in the synagogue other times. He was preaching to the, uh, the religious teachers at other times. He was preaching to the poor and destitute at other times. He had a system. He will go to this place, Capernaum. Then he will go down to Beersheba. Right. He had a system that he was going through to connect and build relationships with people. And he was clear. I didn't even touch on this. He was clear on not just who he was called to serve, but how to serve them. I'm pretty sure I've talked about this in Visionpreneur School before. Even Jesus. Knew how to stay in his lane. We'd be trying to do everything. We'd be trying to post on LinkedIn and YouTube and Facebook and start a podcast and then start a business and then the Nonprofit and a for profit all at the same time. Even Jesus stayed in his lane. This dude said, all right Here's what we're going to do. Here's the message Repent of your sins turn away from them for the kingdom of heaven is near or is at hand. That's the message How are we gonna spread the message? All right, so we're gonna go across all of Judea In Galilee, and we are going to spread the message and preach the message of the gospel, the good news, and we're going to heal folk. That's the plan, and that's what they did, and he built a huge following. You don't have to build a huge following, but he built a huge following just doing those two things. I'm pretty sure Jesus could sing. I'm pretty sure Jesus could write. But he's like, no, no, no, this is the Metron. This is the sphere that God has called me to and that is what I'm going to commit to and do. He was clear. He had a people system. Lastly, He had an offer system, Jesus never went to anyone without making them an offer. Now, if you're in the online business space, you might be thinking offer. Well, I'm not charging anybody for anything. He wasn't charging anybody for anything. An offer is presenting an opportunity to somebody that they had not known about before, or were not aware that you could offer them before. That's all it is. He went to James and John. I mean he went to Simon and Andrew. I'll make you fishers of men. He was talking to the people. Come to me. All you are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. All the time he was making an offer. Every time he preached, he was making an offer. All the Beatitudes, blessed are the merciful, for they should be shown mercy. He's making an offer. Here is an opportunity for you to get on. Are you going to take it or not? The problem that lots of us have, we get into the room, right? Somebody finds out about us and they're like, you helped me. You connected with me. What do you have to offer? And you're looking like, this is me speaking from experience. We were like, well, um, here's my email address. You don't have an offer and then you never hear from them again, a person lost that you could have changed their world because you didn't have an offer system. This is the strategy. there are a few ways we could go about this. Um, but I know I just wanted to just debunk some beliefs. You think you have a time problem, right? I know time management is a huge thing. You don't have a time problem. You have a clarity problem. If you knew exactly what you were gonna, what you were gonna do and how it's gonna get done, you would've do, you would just do it. Now, 100% clarity is not realistic, right? But sometimes you just need to be 51% to move forward. If you are 49%, you're not going anywhere. You'll just stay stuck in confusion because you're not clear. You don't have a time problem because you have plenty of time. You fill that time up every single day. You have a clarity problem. It's fine. It can be fixed. It's fixable. You don't, you think you have a social media problem. You don't know how to use the technology. You don't know how to make posts. You don't have a tech, you don't have a social media problem. That's not why you're not able to connect with people. You have a people problem. You don't have a system for connecting and building relationships with people. That's also fixable, very fixable. You actually don't even need social media to fix it. You don't need a podcast to fix it. Even though I love podcasts and we'll probably talk about some podcasts. You don't need a YouTube channel to fix it. You just need a people system. And lastly, you think you have a money problem. You have a money problem. You have an offer problem. If you have an offer that changes somebody's life and you target the right people, they'll pay you for it. Whether they pay you with testimonial, whether they pay you with their just gratitude and thanks. Whether they pay you financially, however, they compensate you, the only way you get compensated is by making an offer. You need an offer system. If this was helpful, put, uh, this was helpful in the chat, put fire in the chat, fire emoji in the chat. Put some emojis in there, right? I'm Gen Z, so, you know, I like emojis.
